I originally ran BC springs 8k front; 10k rear on the RedShift Single Adjustable Competition Coilovers.  Wanted a firmer ride so increased to BC 10k Front spring; 14 k rear.  Running compression at 5 clicks back from max firmness.  Love it!  Less body roll; car is flatter in fast, tight turns.
